Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their requirements, providing personalized product recommendations, nurturing positive customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, delivering product training, and coordinating with team members to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage customers and understand their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members for improved performance
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive approach to achieving goals
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding sales pipelines is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Industry experience : Furniture, furnishing, real estate
