The pipeline's outrunning the founders — GTM tests, follow-ups, and sales ops keep stacking up.We need a hands-on operator who can sell, analyse, and build systems and Sales GTM's without waiting for instructions.Expand distribution through partnerships across geographies within & outside IndiaMinimal playbooks available here : high ambiguity, high stakes. Drive the entire sales funnel to achieve sales targets. We have a pre-sales and detailed demo processes in place.Create and refine pitch materials that help us win those deals.Prepare and conduct atleast 4 community engagements through business networking events, webinars & podcasts.Land and grow key Indian accounts—you'll be their main point of contact.Test outbound ideas until we hit ≥ 10 % first-call conversion and share the numbers.Find the top three Sales Ops bottlenecks in your first 90 days, fix them, and write up the playbook.Assist in enterprise marketing efforts as and when needed (you own the what and how).What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
Own and close atleast 2 enterprise deals end-to-endLaunch 2 outbound playbooks with measurable ROIOverhaul the internal systems of CRM setup, sales process and onboarding (One process in every 2 months)Must-Haves
Previous work experience in startups, founder stints, GTM teams, consulting with executionYou've directly closed >₹50L in B2B SaaS deals
