We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Brand Development to lead brand strategy, innovation, and marketing for our growing portfolio of premium spirits. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer who understands the art and science behind building distinctive liquor brands that connect deeply with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning – Develop and execute long-term brand strategies to enhance visibility, consumer engagement, and market share.
• Innovation & Product Launches – Drive concept-to-market execution for new brands and product extensions.
• Marketing Leadership – Oversee integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) that strengthen brand equity and drive growth.
• Market Insights & Competitor Analysis – Translate consumer trends and insights into actionable brand initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, trade marketing, and creative agencies to deliver consistent and impactful brand experiences.
• Brand Partnerships & Events – Build brand presence through events, influencer programs, and collaborations.
