Job description✅ Design & Development : Build, maintain, and enhance applications using VB.Net and ASP.Net . ✅ Database Expertise : Work with SQL Server – write stored procedures, functions, triggers, and perform query optimization. ✅ Troubleshooting & Support : Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. ✅ Collaboration : Work closely with team members, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. ✅ Documentation : Maintain detailed technical documentation and coding standards. Hands-on experience in VB.Net and ASP.Net application development Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, indexing) Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience in debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git You have less than 3 years or more than 12 years of experience You do not have hands-on VB.Net / ASP.Net development experience You are on a notice period longer than 15 days You are looking for remote-only roles (Hybrid is mandatory) You come from non-development backgrounds (e.g., testing, support-only roles)
