Role Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate Interns (BDA Interns). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, and customer engagement within India's fastest-growing EV education company. You will contribute directly to lead generation, market expansion, and strategic business partnerships.
We are hiring up to 8 interns for this role, with each intern assigned to specific business verticals based on skill and interest.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners, leads, and business opportunities
- Reach out to prospective clients and institutions
- Support the sales funnel from prospecting to closure through consistent follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM data for performance tracking and lead management
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign alignment and outreach strategy
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings
- Required Skills :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setup
