Job Title : Business Development Associate Intern (BDA Intern)

Duration : 6 Months

Location : Noida / Sultanpur (On-Site)

Role Overview :

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate Interns (BDA Interns). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, and customer engagement within India's fastest-growing EV education company. You will contribute directly to lead generation, market expansion, and strategic business partnerships.

We are hiring up to 8 interns for this role, with each intern assigned to specific business verticals based on skill and interest.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners, leads, and business opportunities
  • Reach out to prospective clients and institutions
  • Support the sales funnel from prospecting to closure through consistent follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM data for performance tracking and lead management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign alignment and outreach strategy
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings
  • Required Skills :
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setup

  • Students from MBA, BBA, B.Tech (Final / Pre-Final Year) or similar disciplines
  • Candidates with strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Individuals willing to commit to a 6-month full-time on-site internship
  • Compensation & Benefits :

    Component Details :

  • Stipend : ₹15,000 per month
  • Incentives : Performance-based incentives
  • Duration : 6 Months
  • Location : Noida / Sultanpur (On-Site)
  • Openings : 8 Positions Available
  • PPO Potential : High chance of conversion to a full-time role based on performance
  • Full-Time (PPO) Salary Range : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC)
