the Role

As an AI Project Manager, you will orchestrate AI, computational chemistry, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact ML solutions powering physics-based simulations, molecular property prediction, and automated drug design.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own day-to-day execution of AI / ML projects across molecular modeling, target prediction, generative design, and simulation automation programs.
• Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, technical dependencies, and delivery schedules across global cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with scientists to translate research goalssuch as improving docking accuracy or expanding force-field coverageinto executable engineering plans.
• Coordinate integration of ML models into computational chemistry platforms, APIs, and enterprise cloud environments.
• Track model performance metrics (AUC, RMSE, inference latency), scientific validation results, and release readiness.
• Conduct risk assessment for scientific feasibility, data quality, ML reproducibility, and architectural scalability.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet regulatory and scientific reproducibility standards expected by pharma clients.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, status reports, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
