Job Summary :
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our media campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
You will be responsible for managing media budgets, selecting appropriate media outlets, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement integrated media plans that align with marketing objectives and target audience insights.
- Manage media buying and negotiations across channels including TV, radio, print, digital, social media, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all media channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize media spend and maximize ROI.
- Research and stay updated on media trends, market opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Manage relationships with media vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Oversee media scheduling, trafficking, and campaign delivery to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare reports and presentations on media campaign results for senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines in all media activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.4+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or marketing media management.Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels.Proven track record of managing media budgets and optimizing campaign performance.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools (e.g , Nielsen, Comscore, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Strong project management and organizational skills.Creative mindset with a strategic approach to media planning(ref : iimjobs.com)
