Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager located in Noida. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for :
Performance Marketing & D2C Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and quick commerce ad platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto)
- Own CAC vs LTV metrics; build funnels that maximize ROI.
- Drive website conversion optimization (CRO), landing page A / B testing, retargeting campaigns.
- Manage and scale affiliate & referral programs.
Influencer Marketing
Build and manage influencer partnerships (micro & macro fitness / nutrition creators).Negotiate collaborations, track performance (promo codes, landing pages).Create UGC (user-generated content) pipelines for ads and social media.Foster community-driven growth through WhatsApp groups, Instagram lives, fitness challenges.Quick Commerce Sampling
Execute sampling campaigns via Blinkit / Instamart / Zepto.Manage visibility packages & sponsored placements on platforms.Work closely with platform category managers to maximize exposure.Retention & CRM
Build customer lifecycle flows : email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications.Increase repeat purchases through subscription programs.Drive loyalty via referral schemes and rewards.Analytical Reporting
Track KPIs : CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, influencer ROI.Provide weekly reports to leadership; recommend data-driven growth experiments.Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in growth / digital marketing for a D2C consumer brand (FMCG, nutraceuticals, or wellness preferred).Proven track record of managing Meta / Google Ads with budgets of ₹10L+ / month.Hands-on experience with influencer marketing campaigns (both discovery & ROI tracking).Familiarity with quick commerce advertising (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon).Strong analytical mindset : ability to optimize funnels, budgets, and campaigns.Hustler mindset : willingness to experiment, iterate fast, and own growth targets end-to-end.
