Team Lead [Immediate Start]

Position : AI-ML Engineer

Experience : 2-5 Years

Location : Pune

This is a high-priority requirement in the Geospatial AI domain, and I need your support in sourcing candidates urgently.

The candidate must have experience in Geospatial AI areas such as remote sensing, GIS analytics, spatial statistics, satellite or aerial imagery analysis, land use / land cover mapping, and change detection.

They should also be comfortable working with raster and vector data processing using tools like QGIS, ArcGIS, PostGIS, GDAL, or OGR.

In addition, we are looking for niche expertise in Point Cloud and 3D Computer Vision. The must-have skills here are :

• Point cloud processing (LiDAR / MLS)
• 3D computer vision
• 3D deep learning frameworks (PointNet, PointNet++, KPConv, RandLA-Net, SparseConv)

Hands-on experience with Open3D, PCL, or PDAL, and frameworks such as PyTorch3D or TensorFlow 3D is also essential.

It will be an added advantage if the candidate has worked on panoramic imagery, 3D object detection, segmentation tasks, SLAM, photogrammetry, or 3D visualization tools (Potree, CesiumJS, Three.js).

Finally, prior exposure to roadside asset detection (signs, poles, guardrails, lanes) would also be beneficial.
