Job Description

• Lead and manage global IT service assurance operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to IT service management frameworks and standards.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT service delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT service-related challenges.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize disruptions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Global IT Service Assurance should have :

• A strong educational background in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven expertise in IT service management within similar large scale organisations
• Experience in implementing IT frameworks, such as ITIL or similar.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a global environment, particularly in Mumbai.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
