Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain corporate IT and digital operations exposure? We are looking for a Corporate IT & Digital Support Associate (6-month contract) to join our team and support critical operational and administrative activities.
What You’ll Do :
Manage helpdesk ticketing for invoices, reimbursements, and project / vendor-related payments
Coordinate calendar management, meetings, and team events
Handle leave management, travel & visa requests, and foreign currency coordination
Support PO creation, budget tracker updates, and system data entries (NewGen, Excel, etc.)
Assist with credit card bill processing, reimbursement uploads, and payment follow-ups
Take ownership of trackers, documentation, and team communication
What We’re Looking For :
Graduate in any stream (preferably with exposure to IT / digital functions)
Strong MS Excel and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders
Strong communication and organizational skills
This role is perfect for someone looking to build hands-on experience in Corporate IT & Digital operations within a fast-paced corporate environment.
