Job Purpose :

The Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall management, discipline, safety, and welfare of students residing in the hostel. The role requires maintaining a healthy, secure, and student-friendly environment, ensuring compliance with university policies, and addressing the needs of hostel residents.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Hostel Administration :

• Oversee day-to-day hostel operations, including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and catering.
• Allot hostel rooms and maintain updated records of hostel occupancy.
• Monitor hostel infrastructure and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure hygienic conditions and proper functioning of hostel facilities.
