Description :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy and creation for B2B SaaS audiences. This role will own and maintain the content calendar across formats with the express remit of attracting new customers and engaging our communities. The candidate will also manage website-related content (landing pages, product / solution pages, and SEO-driven web copy) and leverage AI tools to create, scale, and optimize content efficiently.

Content Strategy and Planning :
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy to achieve marketing goals.
- Plan and manage a sustainable content calendar across formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, PR, product copy, and website content.
- Identify content gaps and generate content that will grow reach, engagement, and demand.
- Create content streams across corporate marketing, product marketing, and executive brand building.
Execution And Management :
Write and edit high-quality content optimized to perform for each format and channel, with a strong focus on website and digital channels.Develop a compelling and consistent voice for the brand and provide internal education to propagate that voice.Collaborate and drive outcomes with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design teams.Oversee content processes from idea to archive and establish best practices.Scale the content program by leveraging coworkers, AI-powered tools, and automation platforms.Performance Analysis And SEO :
Track, evaluate, and report on content and channel performance.Use SEO tools to ensure best practices are followed across all content.Iterate based on insights to improve future content3-5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and production for B2B SaaS organizations.History of measurable results across channels, website, blog, social media, PR, thought leadership, and sponsored content.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of published work.Demonstrated success in driving content that generates traffic, leads, or engagement.Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing metrics, and content management systems (CMS).Experience co-creating content with technical experts and executives.Excellent project management and communication skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
