About the Role : At Donyati, we’re redefining how enterprises use SAP to drive transformation. As a SAP Manager, you’ll shape the strategy, delivery, and innovation roadmap for our India SAP practice — leading complex projects, driving modernization, and partnering with global teams to position Donyati as a leader in next-generation SAP consulting. What You’ll Do : Lead the strategic growth of the SAP practice, developing frameworks, methodologies, and governance models that strengthen delivery capability. Drive solution innovation across SAP S / 4 HANA, HANA, Analytics, and Cloud — identifying new opportunities for modernization and transformation. Stay hands-on in complex SAP environments, providing expert guidance in architecture, system performance, integration, and optimization. Partner with cross-functional teams to define reusable assets, accelerators, and tools that enhance project efficiency and quality. Engage with clients at leadership level, advising on technology strategy, digital roadmaps, and SAP ecosystem evolution. Collaborate with internal leadership to identify new service offerings, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. Coach and mentor consultants, nurturing deep SAP expertise and leadership capability within the team. Contribute to pre-sales and solution design, leveraging your experience to shape winning proposals and innovative delivery models. Continuously evaluate emerging SAP technologies — such as AI, cloud integration, and automation — and define their adoption strategy within. What You Bring 14+ years of overall IT / consulting experience, with 10+ years of advanced SAP experience (Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional). Expertise in SAP ecosystem strategy, architecture design, performance optimization, and technology enablement. Proven ability to lead diverse SAP teams while maintaining technical depth and credibility. Strong understanding of S / 4 HANA modernization, data strategy, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative leader who can operate at both executive and technical levels, driving alignment between business vision and technology outcomes.
