Location : Ahmedabad , India (Local candidates preferred or those willing to relocate)

Shift : Night Shift (5 Days Working)

Experience : 6 months to 1 year (Freshers Welcome)

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role requires individuals with a keen understanding of IT recruitment and sales, particularly in handling bench candidates and connecting them with suitable job opportunities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Manage and market IT consultants on various job portals and networks.

Develop strong relationships with vendors and clients for successful candidate placements.

Utilize multiple job portals effectively to source and place candidates.

Maintain and update the database of consultants, job requirements, and client details.

Stay updated with industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements :

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with recruitment / job portals.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Willingness to work in US Time Zone (Night Shift).

Bachelor's degree in #Marketing or related field preferred.
