Job Description :
- Taxation Expertise : In-depth knowledge of direct and indirect taxation and practical experience in handling assessment department audits
- Financial Preparation : Extensive knowledge of IND-AS and experience with financial preparation (including 85 / PNJ Cashflow)
- Costing Processes : Implement and manage costing processes at the business level, including the finalization of cost audits
- Budgeting & Long-Term Strategy : Oversee budgeting and the preparation of long-term financial strategies to ensure the business meets its financial objectives
- Inventory Control : Monitor and manage inventory control to optimize resources and reduce waste
- Process Strengthening : Support efforts to strengthen processes at the unit level, improving operational efficiency
- Quality & Cost Improvement : Focus on improving the quality of work and reducing fatigue costs at the unit level to increase profitability
- Cost Process Strengthening : Strengthen and streamline costing processes to ensure financial stability and efficiency
