Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Engineer (Mechanical) based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing production processes, planning and managing daily production schedules, ensuring quality control throughout manufacturing operations, and optimizing efficiency. The Production Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and performance, while ensuring timely delivery of products.

• Strong expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes and methodologies
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in the mechanical or automotive industry is an advantage
