US IT Recruiter / W2 Recruiter / Core Technical IT Recruiter

Job Description but not limited to :

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT Technologies & Business Units.

Technically well versed on core IT technologies with basic knowledge.

Expert in building Boolean strings.

Hands-on experience with W2, C2C a must.

Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B on all the tax term (W2 & Corp to Corp)

Should have Hands-On experience working on challenging core IT roles.

Cold Calling.

Willing to work multiple requirements.

Experience working on SI-Implementation partners, State clients’ & Direct client roles.

Experience in negotiating compensations to onboard a candidate.

Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn etc.

Experience working with ATS-VMS.

Willing to work in US timings / Night Shift (EST / CST / PST / MST).

Performance Based.
