Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience, and strong

expertise in Docker and version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket. The ideal candidate will have a

deep understanding of the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack and be capable of building

scalable web applications. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and

deploy applications, ensuring they are robust, secure, and performant.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs.
  • Use Docker to containerize applications and manage deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews.
  • Utilize version control systems (GitHub / Bitbucket) for efficient code management and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.

Qualifications :

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
  • In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, React, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
  • Proficiency with Git and experience using GitHub or Bitbucket for version control.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
