About the role
This is a defining opportunity for an interior designer looking to shape the future of workspaces. As a Lead Interior Designer, you’ll be responsible for translating Incubex’s design principles into immersive, high-performance environments across our product spectrum — from standard co-working floors to bespoke managed office spaces.
The role is deeply collaborative and cross-functional, requiring you to work closely with Designer - 2D & 3D Team, MEP, Projects, Procurement, and operations teams. You’ll be expected to drive projects from ideation through execution, pushing for excellence in spatial storytelling, detail resolution, and material expression — all while balancing function, brand, and budget.
Roles and responsibilities
- Design, document, and lead multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership, creativity, and technical accuracy.
- Translate project briefs into compelling spatial concepts grounded in both Incubex’s design ethos and user needs.
- Drive material selection, custom detailing, FF&E curation, styling and overall design direction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and external consultants to deliver cohesive and timely outcomes.
- Lead presentations and reviews, internally and externally — articulating design rationale, intent, and solutions clearly.
- Prepare and QC design deliverables.
- Own and resolve challenges that arise during design development, vendor sourcing, execution, or post-handover.
- Maintain high documentation and detailing standards across all internal and consultant packages.
- Support real estate, development, and procurement teams with design expertise during due diligence, feasibility, and pricing.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure consistency, alignment, and quality across all project stages.
- Stay on top of trends in design, workplace innovation, sustainability, and materials to elevate project outcome.
Experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed institute.5–7 years of professional experience in high-quality commercial, workplace interiors.Proven expertise in managing interior design projects end-to-end, preferably in a fast-paced or design-forward environment.Demonstrated spatial sensitivity, material knowledge, and concept development skills.Strong portfolio that showcases a balance of creativity and technical depth.Knowledge of applicable building codes, accessibility guidelines, and sustainability benchmarks.Highly organized with a strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detailExcellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skillsHands-on proficiency in : 3DsMax, AutoCAD.Bonus : Working knowledge of Corona or V-Ray rendering platformsBonus : Understanding of hybrid workspace design, user behavior mapping, or design strategy frameworksInterested candidates Can share me their updated CV and Portfolio to my WhatsApp Number - 8792969831
