Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event & Advertising Operations Executive to support the planning, execution, and post-event processes of various campaigns, events, and brand activations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing on-ground activations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute end-to-end event operations, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.

Liaise with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event components.

Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are maintained across all on-ground activations and promotional campaigns.

Support the creation of event / project timelines, checklists, and detailed operational plans.

Oversee logistics such as permits, material transportation, staffing, and technical setup.

Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.

Track KPIs and assist in preparing post-event reports and client presentations.

Handle on-ground troubleshooting to ensure a smooth client and consumer experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, vendor networks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

2–4 years of experience in event operations, BTL advertising, or experiential marketing.

Proven track record in managing corporate events, mall activations, product launches, exhibitions, or brand campaigns.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
