Role Summary :
Terracegate is seeking a dynamic Business Consultant / Project Lead to manage strategic client engagements and ensure smooth delivery across multiple business domains. This role combines consulting, project ownership, and stakeholder management — ideal for individuals who thrive in high-impact, client-facing environments and can adapt to varied project scopes.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
- Attend client meetings and calls to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal / external teams.
Project Ownership & Delivery
Drive end-to-end project execution ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as legal advisors, tax consultants, technology partners, and other service providers.Adapt to dynamic project scopes — spanning regulatory compliance, market entry strategy, or digital transformation initiatives.Stakeholder Management
Manage and align expectations of clients, leadership, and internal teams.Provide periodic updates, progress reports, and insights to ensure clarity and transparency across all stakeholders.Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking
Analyze complex business challenges and recommend pragmatic, tailored solutions.Stay agile and pivot strategies based on evolving client requirements or market factors.Documentation & Communication
Maintain thorough documentation of project requirements, decisions, and progress.Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams to drive clarity and collaboration.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.Prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably within consulting or professional services.Strong project management and organizational capabilities; PMP or similar certification is a plus.Comfort working across multidisciplinary domains (legal, finance, operations, etc.).A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.Able to work independently in a flexible, global setup.Skills Required
