Job descriptionA Textile Design degree (Bachelor's or Master's — we love overachievers). 8+ years of experience in the home textile world . Deep knowledge of weaving, printing, embroidery, and jacquard (you can probably explain warp and weft in your sleep). Sharp trend sense and a creative eye that never blinks. Leadership with warmth, humor, and just enough madness to keep things interesting. A design team that's passionate, quirky, and full of ideas (and snacks). We're looking for a Head of Design who can turn creative chaos into pure textile magic — and lead a team of wildly talented designers without losing their sketchbook or sanity.
What You'll Be Doing (Besides Looking Fabulous)
- Lead, guide, and occasionally rescue a team of passionate designers.
- Shape the creative direction for rugs, pillows, throws, and hard home .
- Spot trends before they hit Pinterest — and make them better.
- Work with sales and merchandising to make sure your genius ideas actually get sold.
- Balance big ideas with real deadlines (yes, that's possible).
- Keep the vibe fun, the designs fresh, and the team inspired.
