We’re Hiring : Head – Motor Claims Strategy & Provider Network Strategy

Client : A leading general Insurance

We are seeking a senior leader to drive strategy, expansion, and performance management of our Motor claims and service provider network. This role will ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and digitally integrated services across the claims value chain – including repair garages, assessors, medical providers, legal advisors, and TPAs. The incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening customer experience, operational efficiency, and claims outcomes, while aligning with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include :

Network Strategy & Expansion – Design and execute strategies to expand, optimize, and improve geographic and specialty coverage.

Digital Transformation – Integrate advanced digital tools (automation, analytics, cloud platforms) to improve provider operations and claims processes.

Vendor & Provider Management – Negotiate contracts, manage procurement, onboarding, and ensure SLA compliance with service providers.

Performance Excellence – Leverage analytics to track provider performance, identify trends, and continuously enhance network efficiency.
