UNIX, LINUX and SQL Queries

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Unix / Linux system monitoring , log analysis, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and support purposes.
• Automate system tasks using shell scripting (Bash / KSH / Perl) to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor system and database health, performance, and usage trends.
• Collaborate with DBAs, developers, and support teams to resolve system and data issues.
• Maintain and manage cron jobs , file transfers (SFTP), and scheduled jobs.
• Participate in on-call support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Document scripts, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
