About the Role :

We are looking for a highly responsible and organized Senior Executive / Office In-Charge (Finance) to manage our registered office operations and handle key financial functions. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, team coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Office & Team Management :

Oversee the overall functioning of the registered office with a team of 20-25 staff members.

Ensure smooth coordination across departments and maintain daily operational efficiency.

Supervise administrative activities, resource management, documentation, and facility maintenance.

Financial Reporting & Analysis :

Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory accounts.

Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Provide timely financial insights for management decision-making.

Financial Operations :

• Manage day-to-day financial processes, including bill processing, vendor payments, and expense monitoring. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions. Coordinate with the finance team for month-end and year-end closing activities.
