Role Overview

We’re seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Executive with proven expertise in Non-IT recruitment to join our People team. This role will be pivotal in scaling our fast-growing functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, Performance Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain, and New Product Development (NPD) .

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and shortlist candidates effectively.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in ATS / spreadsheets.
