As a University Operations Associate at Leverage Edu, you will ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and university representatives by handling operational tickets, resolving queries, and removing bottlenecks for seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve Operational Queries : Handle queries via email and calls with universities efficiently.
Manage Escalations : Liaise with university representatives to close escalations promptly.
Identify Process Improvements : Track recurring issues, report insights, and recommend solutions.
Support Internal Teams : Provide timely updates and resolutions to internal stakeholders.
Analyse Data Trends : Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve operational processes.
Skills & Requirements
0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure / interest in operations, account management, or customer service is a plus.
Comfortable with MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluency in English; regional languages are an advantage.
