Product Lead - SaaS

This role is with a SaaS product company focused on making test automation faster and easier for QA teams.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in Enterprise / B2B SaaS companies.
• 4+ years of experience in Development, QA, Testing, or Test Automation.
• Knowledge of User Story Mapping or similar methods to define user journeys and requirements.
• Familiarity with at least a couple of Test Automation frameworks or tools.
• Understanding of UI design best practices, programming concepts, web / mobile application architecture, and SaaS.
• Experience applying Design Thinking principles to product development.
• Ability to observe user behavior, gather feedback, and improve features.
• Strong skills in prioritization, strategic thinking, and roadmap planning.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product functionalities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with experience in Agile / SCRUM Write use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements with clear KPIs.
• Understand customer needs through research, feedback, and interactions, and represent their voice to internal teams.
• Track product metrics to measure feature usage and drive improvements.
• Prepare product documentation and in-product messaging for different user groups.
• Create educational content for various platforms.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Gather feedback from customer-facing teams to refine product ideas and requirements.
• Help plan and execute the product roadmap.
• Build prototypes and present them to key stakeholders.
• Represent the product in relevant industry events or conferences.
