Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ManageEngine Monitoring Lead to join our infrastructure operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in deploying and administering ManageEngine tools across enterprise environments, with a strong focus on performance monitoring, configuration compliance, and automation. This role is pivotal in ensuring visibility, reliability, and operational efficiency across IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and administer ManageEngine monitoring environments across enterprise IT infrastructure
• Deploy, configure, and optimize tools such as Op Manager, Applications Manager, and Network Configuration Manager
• Customize monitoring configurations, thresholds, and alerting rules to proactively detect and resolve issues across servers, networks, and applications
• Integrate ManageEngine tools with ITSM platforms and automation frameworks to streamline operations and enhance incident response
• Maintain configuration compliance, perform audits, and generate actionable insights through reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure robust monitoring coverage
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to enhance monitoring workflows and integrations
• Continuously improve monitoring strategies and tool performance to align with evolving infrastructure needs
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
