Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ManageEngine Monitoring Lead to join our infrastructure operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in deploying and administering ManageEngine tools across enterprise environments, with a strong focus on performance monitoring, configuration compliance, and automation. This role is pivotal in ensuring visibility, reliability, and operational efficiency across IT systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and administer ManageEngine monitoring environments across enterprise IT infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and optimize tools such as Op Manager, Applications Manager, and Network Configuration Manager
- Customize monitoring configurations, thresholds, and alerting rules to proactively detect and resolve issues across servers, networks, and applications
- Integrate ManageEngine tools with ITSM platforms and automation frameworks to streamline operations and enhance incident response
- Maintain configuration compliance, perform audits, and generate actionable insights through reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure robust monitoring coverage
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to enhance monitoring workflows and integrations
- Continuously improve monitoring strategies and tool performance to align with evolving infrastructure needs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
