We are looking for a Marketing Servicing Manager (MSM) to join a reputed and growth-focused industrial group operating in the Electrical & Power Systems domain . This is a permanent leadership opportunity with strong internal growth prospects and a pan-India customer base including EPC contractors, government utilities, and industrial clients .

Role Overview

Title : Marketing Servicing Manager

Location : Delhi NCR

Experience : 10–14 years in Marketing / Servicing / Business Development roles

Education : Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

CTC : Up to 12 LPA

Reporting To : Divisional Manager

Team Handling : Yes

Travel : Willingness to travel across India

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cross-functional marketing service team

Drive business growth targets through strategic marketing and service execution

Conduct technical presentations to utilities and industrial clients

Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance satisfaction

Monitor and achieve budget targets

Mentor team members for lateral and vertical growth

Stay updated with industry trends in asset maintenance and predictive servicing

Collaborate with product teams for market alignment

Preferred Industry & Product Experience

Switchgear, High Voltage Equipment, FRCS, Transformers, EPC Projects

Familiarity with products from industry peers like : Voltamp, Schneider, Raychem, Kirloskar Electric, Bharat Bijlee, TBEA, etc.
