UX / Interaction Designer

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking a creative thinker and design enthusiast who :

• Has a passion for UX and visual design
• Understands interaction design and user-centered principles
• Can manage the big picture while focusing on design details
• Is capable of working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Create polished interaction designs, visuals, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality user experiences
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive UI / UX solutions
• Build interactive prototypes using HTML / CSS / jQuery
• Contribute to and maintain a single code base for consistent UI across platforms (desktop, mobile, native app)
• Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback

Desired Skills and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in designing complex web and mobile applications
• Strong visual design and communication skills
• Proficiency with tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Pixate, Framer
• Experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery is a plus
• Ability to simplify complex information for usability
• Prior experience in a startup environment is a bonus
• Passionate about usability, user research, and user-centered design principles
