The Role : Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Marqueting Ventures, you'll be the custodian of client success. You'll own relationships, understand brand needs deeply, and deliver influencer-led solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.

You'll be the bridge between brands, creators, and our internal teams—ensuring campaigns are sharp, smooth, and effective.

What You'll Do

Client Ownership – Manage and nurture relationships with key brand accounts, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and retention.

Campaign Strategy & Execution – Work closely with clients and internal teams to design, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns that align with brand objectives.

Problem Solving – Act as the go-to person for client escalations, challenges, or last-minute changes.

Collaboration – Coordinate with influencer marketing executives, brand partnership teams, and operations to deliver seamless results.

Performance Reporting – Track, analyze, and present campaign performance insights that drive smarter decisions.

Relationship Building – Strengthen trust with clients and creators, ensuring long-term associations.

Experience : 2–5 years in influencer marketing, account management, or client servicing.

Skillset : Strong communication, organizational skills, client-facing confidence, and problem-solving abilities.
