Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary (Qualified / Semi-Qualified) at Gaurav Agrawal and Company, located in Indore. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, managing corporate governance, and advising the board on best practices in corporate governance. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing and filing necessary documentation, maintaining company records, arranging board meetings, and handling correspondence with regulatory authorities. The role also involves liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance
• Knowledge in preparing and filing statutory documents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle communication and correspondence with regulatory authorities
• Interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Company Secretary qualification or Semi-qualified status from a recognized institute
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the professional services industry, is a plus
