Role Description

This is a full-time

Merchandise role based in Tiruppur. The Merchandise professional will oversee day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with clients, managing retail orders, and ensuring timely production schedules. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, handling sales and customer inquiries, monitoring quality standards, and aligning production outputs with client expectations. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams

Customer service expertise to address client needs and foster positive relationships

Experience in the textile or fashion industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, textile technology

or related field.
