Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer with 6+ years of experience in building visually engaging, executive-level dashboards optimized for both mobile and web platforms . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, SQL, and system integration (Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS) , with a proven ability to design data-driven insights for C-suite executives . The role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and strong business acumen to deliver real-time, actionable intelligence for leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Power BI Development : Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high visual appeal, usability, and alignment with executive-level business needs.
• Mobile & Web Optimization : Create dashboards optimized for both mobile and desktop, ensuring seamless access to real-time data for CEOs and senior stakeholders.
• Data Modelling & Visualization : Develop efficient data models and apply best practices in data visualization for strategic decision-making.
• Data Integration : Integrate multiple data sources including Microsoft Dynamics 365 , AWS , and internal systems to provide consolidated business insights.
• SQL & ETL Pipelines : Write and optimize SQL queries, manage ETL workflows, and ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading for Power BI.
• Data Quality & Validation : Maintain data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and performance monitoring.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Leadership & Mentoring : Take ownership of deliverables, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior developers to ensure project success.
• Performance Monitoring : Continuously improve dashboard performance, responsiveness, and usability.
• Communication : Present reports, findings, and visual analytics clearly to senior management and business users.
