Deploy, manage, and support scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systemo Responsible for out of hours product deployment
o Improve automatic deployment mechanisms
Determine areas for improvements to run the platform more efficiently / cost effectively.Understand the Commcise architecture and become involved in troubleshooting / analysis of the Commciseapplications
o Answer security questionnaires from clients.
Troubleshooting production issues and implementing new functionalities.Analyse product release notes, new functionalities, bug fixes, code improvements, breaking changes etc.o Escalate issues to relevant teams and coordinate resolution
INTERNAL USE ONLY
o Identify appropriate use of operational best practices
Investigate and implement new features and applicationso Implement infrastructure components (Monitoring, Logs Management, Consolidation tools etc).
