Sr Associate - Cloud Engineering

• Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment
• Experience in creating professional documents as part of the knowledge management process.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team.
• Take ownership of critical incidents or deployments.
• Help elevate the team’s capabilities through knowledge sharing, process improvements, and proactive

problem-solving.

Deliverables and Tasks :

o Responsible for out of hours product deployment

o Improve automatic deployment mechanisms

applications

o Answer security questionnaires from clients.

o Escalate issues to relevant teams and coordinate resolution

INTERNAL USE ONLY

o Identify appropriate use of operational best practices

o Implement infrastructure components (Monitoring, Logs Management, Consolidation tools etc).
