Human Capital Management Analyst

Role Overview :

We are looking for an HCM Specialist with strong expertise in the Payroll module (300+ employee strength). The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, integrations, and system configurations.

Experience in Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, and Performance Management modules will be an added advantage . Candidates who are immediate joiners or can join within a month
