Role : Service Now CSM Developer.

Duration : 6 months.

Location : Remote.

Shift Timings : In EST 9am to 6pm / In IST 6.30pm to 3.30pm.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Only.

Experience : 5- 8 Years.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer with strong QA experience to join our team on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, along with solid experience in quality assurance and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow CSM platform.
• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform QA activities including test planning, test case development, regression testing, and defect management.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Ensure best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization across ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and support ongoing enhancements.
• Create technical documentation, release notes, and test scripts.

NOTE : There will be an AI tool that the selected candidates would need to install in the system, that would monitor all the working 8 hrs
