Job description3–5 years of relevant industry experience post MSc / MTech. Hands on experience in Cell Line Engineering,CHO , HEK293 is a MUST. Proficient in handling mammalian cell lines including CHO , HEK293 , and various cancer cell lines . Skilled in stable cell line generation using techniques like transfection , electroporation , and lentiviral transduction . Experience in single-cell cloning , SDS-PAGE , Western blotting , ELISA, luminescence assay. Knowledge of lentivirus and AAV production , including titer estimation . Competent in flow cytometry for cell line analysis; Familiarity with QC analysis of cell lines using diverse methodologies. Execute experiments as per instructions from the manager. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies. Maintain accurate and detailed lab notebooks . Organize and store raw data systematically. Operate and maintain lab equipment in accordance with SOPs and housekeeping standards. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through formal and informal learning. Participate in behavioural development activities including workshops and feedback sessions.
Senior Research Associate – Cell Line Engineering
We are seeking a full-time bench scientist to join our team as a Senior Research Associate . This role involves hands-on execution of wet lab experiments in the domains of cell and protein sciences , under the guidance of senior scientific managers.
Qualifications :
- MSc / MTech in applied biological sciences such as Biotechnology , Microbiology , Cell Biology , Biochemistry , or related fields.
Experience :
Technical Expertise Required :
experience with FACS sorting is a plus.
