Role Overview :

We are looking for a Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in driving integrated campaigns — from grassroots-level engagement to digital-first content strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the socio-political environment, particularly in Rajasthan, and has experience executing campaigns across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale public-facing campaigns, including initiatives relatedto welfare schemes,awareness drives, and on-ground activations.
• Develop and manage content calendars, digital rollout plans, and platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative, video, and strategy teams to build impactful communication narratives.
• Coordinate with local teams, vendors,and on-ground resources to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Monitor political and social developments to inform campaign positioning and content relevance.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, on-ground feedback, and digital engagement.
