Job descriptionDeveloping, implementing, and continually improving the Company's EH&S programs and procedures to ensure Health and Safety. Ensuring compliance with Corporate EH& S policies as well as local & international EH&S standards and requirements and liaising with external authorities on EH&S compliance issues as required. Conducting regular site inspection for all environmental health and safety related matters. Reviewing incident investigations reports and providing feedback and suggestions on follow up plans. Ensuring EH&S records and maintained and up to date and providing EH&S analysis and reporting to the Corporate office. Implementing the medical strategy in line with brand strategy by collaborating with commercial teams to identify medical priorities and formulate and implement a medical plan. Working closely with Medical Directors on medical affairs related matters. Providing medical advice for new product development and commercial activities. Ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing documents and submissions for clearance or approval from regulatory authorities. Collect and process blood samples for testing and transfusion. Ensure proper storage and handling of blood products. Perform blood typing and cross-matching procedures. Maintain accurate records of blood donations and inventory. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent contamination. Assist in the training of new technicians.
