Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include supervising janitorial staff, managing laundry services, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams
• Knowledge of Housekeeping and Laundry operations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the housekeeping industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
