Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager - Real Estate, located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage client relationships, develop innovative sales strategies, and achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, leading a sales team, negotiating property deals, and maintaining in-depth market knowledge to provide guidance to clients. This role involves extensive interaction with developers, clients, and other stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
Qualifications
Must have experience in Thane Market in sales
Sales and Business Development skills, including creating strategies to meet sales targets and identifying new growth opportunities
Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills for building trust and closing deals effectively
Team Leadership, mentoring, and the ability to motivate a sales team to deliver results
Market Research and Analytical skills to understand trends and advise clients accurately
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate platforms is advantageous
Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
