About the Role :

We are looking for dynamic, driven, and consultative Sales & Business Development Manager / s to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about client advisory, high-value sales, and building enduring relationships in the premium financial services and investment immigration space.

You will be responsible for growing the business through B2B partnerships and direct client engagements while advising clients on suitable Residency and Citizenship by Investment options.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build, manage, and grow B2B relationships with wealth management firms, private banks, tax consultants, legal advisors, and immigration agents across India and the GCC.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Advise and onboard clients for global Residency and Citizenship by Investment programs and assist them through the process of application, investment, and obtain the appropriate visas.
  • Train channel partner RMs and wealth managers on investment migration opportunities, enhancing business conversions through channel partners.
  • Deliver consultative, advisory-led solutions tailored to individual client objectives and global mobility goals.
  • Collaborate with internal product, and operations teams to ensure seamless, high-touch client experiences.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and acquisition targets through disciplined pipeline management and relationship nurturing.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing client and investor networks.

Who We&aposre Looking For

  • MBA preferred | Bachelor's degree minimum
  • 6+ years of proven experience in sales and relationship management within Investment Immigration, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, HNI Client Services, or Luxury Financial Products
  • Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Experience in client interfacing, solution-based selling, and high-value consultative advisory.
  • Skills & Attributes :

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong consultative sales acumen with a relationship-first approach
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Preferred :

  • Understanding of global investment immigration programs and regulations
  • Background in wealth management, real estate advisory, or alternative investments
  • Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively
