About the Role

We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a Senior Scientist to join their dynamic and supportive team within a Private Hospital. This role offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility in a stunning area, perfect for professionals seeking career growth and a lifestyle close to the beautiful Northern Beaches.

As a Senior Scientist, you will play a key role in the lab team, contributing your expertise in haematology and transfusion. The role includes exposure to biochemistry, while experience in microbiology and PCR testing is not essential (training can be provided). This position is ideal for someone who is willing to work on a rotating roster or commit to permanent evening or overnight shifts, with generous loading offered for evening work.

About You

• Overseas applications require AIMS assesment as a Medical Scientist.
• Proven experience in haematology and transfusion (essential).
• An interest or experience in biochemistry and microbiology (desirable).
• A willingness to work evening or overnight shifts with a rotating roster.
• A commitment to maintaining high laboratory standards and accuracy.
