Job Summary :
- Requirements & Design - Defines, documents, and manages system requirements, specifications, and interface control documents adhering to grid codes (e.G., IEEE, IEC) and safety standards.
- System Architecture - Designs the complete control system structure, including HMI, sensors, and communication methods.
- Control Logic Development - Implements, programs, and verifies generator control algorithms (e.G., PID for Voltage / Frequency).
- Integration & Networking - Configures and tests communication protocols (e.G., Modbus, CAN / J1939, DNP3).
- Verification & Validation (V&V) - Develop and execute comprehensive Verification and Validation plans.
- Documentation & Support - Creates detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, test reports, and technical manuals and supports the product lifecycle.
- Troubleshooting - Performs root cause analysis on system failures or performance anomalies during testing and field operation diagnosing complex electrical and control faults.
- Teamwork : Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills required -
Communication Protocols : Direct working experience testing systems using CAN bus and / or Modbus (RTU / TCP)Hardware Debugging : Hands-on ability to use Oscilloscopes and Logic Analyzers to debug timing and electrical signaling issues at the board level.Domain Knowledge : Understanding of industrial control logic (like PID / closed-loop control), or safety-critical control systems.Analysis : JTAG / SWD Debuggers (e.G., SEGGER J-Link), Oscilloscope, and Logic AnalyzerDebugging / IDE : CCS (Code Composer Studio) for development and debugging
