Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in both organic and paid social media , with a strong background in healthcare marketing . You will be responsible for building meaningful engagement, driving patient awareness, and supporting campaigns that highlight SPARSH’s medical expertise, patient stories, and healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with hospital objectives.
Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Lead paid campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, monitoring, and reporting performance.
Create engaging content calendars with a mix of posts, stories, reels, videos, testimonials, and health awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, marketing, design, PR) to deliver accurate and compelling healthcare communication.
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI on paid campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in healthcare marketing.
Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all digital channels.
Handle community management – patient queries, feedback, and reputation monitoring.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7–8 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with recent experience in healthcare (mandatory).
Strong portfolio of successful campaigns across organic and paid social channels.
Deep understanding of social media analytics, ad platforms, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with sensitivity to healthcare communication ethics.
Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Team player with leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
