Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented  Social Media Marketer  to join our team in-office. You will be responsible for managing our brand presence across social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving lead generation. This is a hands-on role that combines content creation, digital marketing, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Creation :  Shoot high-quality photos and videos on-site at client locations or our studio to showcase our wallpaper designs.
• Reels & Short-Form Content :  Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging reels and short-form videos tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Social Media Management :  Plan, schedule, and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
• Community Engagement :  Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and queries promptly, maintaining a strong brand voice.
• Lead Coordination :  Identify potential leads through social interactions and share them with the Business Development team for follow-up.
• Performance Tracking :  Monitor analytics to track content performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate Across Teams :  Work closely with designers, photographers, and BD team to ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand identity and business goals.
